H20 Lip Mender is a gel lip moisturizer. Unlike normal lip balm, it is definitely not oily or greasy. Easy to apply on. It glides very smoothly over my lips. It forms a protective layer on my lips which I do not find it sticky at all.
After applying, my lips feel cooling and minty. Very refreshing! It leaves a subtle shine on my lips and it looks kinda glossy, which acts as a clear lip gloss.
