Review: Guardian Rose Water Toner

A Guardian inhouse brand toner selling at $7.90 for 250ml.

Guardian Rose Water Toner comes in a spray bottle, a new packaging. Used to be a small bottle. I don't have the picture to show you girls, sorry about it.

Many people used to rave about it when it was still in its old packaging. It appears that not only has Guardian changed packaging, but it has also changed its formula. Changed for the worse. It has lesser rose concentrate now with a hint of alcohol smell though it is said to be alcohol-free.

Upon application, it is quite cooling. But other than that, it seemed to be doing nothing to my skin at all. You definitely cannot rely on this toner to remove residue or dirt from your face. My cotton pads always turned out to be very clean, not a single trace of dirt on it.

My skin appeared to have no difference to when I am not using toner in my skincare regime. A useless product, I would say.
