It is a slimming gel with burning sensation. I like it as it feels as though my fats are being burned off. It becomes more intense when you apply more. Use more only when you get used to it. If not, you will be hopping around your house. Haha.
For me, I applied one 20 cents size gel per application initally. Then I began to use more, around two 50 cents size gel. Slowly, you will get used to it like me.
Another thing about this gel, even after the burning sensation on my tummy subsides, i will still get back the burning feeling after a few hours when i sweat or when my body comes into contact with hot things. But when i bathe and wash off the gel on my tummy, no more.
It is orange in color, kinda of weird I know. I don't really like the smell. Very strong, like herbal smell.
First bottle: I applied twice a day for more than two weeks or so. I see results when I am halfway through the bottle. Although my tummy is not totally flat, it is definitely smaller! Even my bf says so! =D I also stopped taking supper.
Second bottle: Not so diligent in applying, only once a day. Also, I began to eat supper. My tummy kinda stayed at the same size because I still applied the gel regularly. It stopped my tummy from growing back to the original size.
I tried it on my upper thighs too. I see improvements, my thighs look more taut. Not so flabby.
So for those who are thinking of buying a slimming gel, do try Dr Johnson. Its very cheap so no harm trying! Way cheaper than 2B, which I have tried but no visible results at all.
