Description: The new Blanc Expert Eye Serum targets excessive melanin production and fights melanin oxidation. The skin around the eyes is immediately evened out and perfectly moisturized at the very first application. After 4 weeks, brown spots look reduced. The eye contour looks brighter and dark circles appear diminished.
Comes in a creamy texture with shimmery sheer glitter in it. I like the light texture, it sinks into the skin after patting.
For short term effect: You will notice a slight brightening effect on your eyes immediately after application due to the glitters.
For long term effect: It was working for me initally. I noticed my dark circles getting lighter after 2 to 3 weeks of usage. However, it stopped working for me after 2 or 3 consecutive late nights. My dark circles got worse and this eye serum did not help to lighten anymore.
As for fine lines, I did not observe any improvement.
